How to Fix

Step 1: Check water supply to the ice maker via the water valve.

Step 2: Check water valve resistance. Expected: 22~24.5 ohm.

Step 3: Check flow meter resistance and signal.

Step 4: If water pressure to icemaker is low, call a plumber to address supply pressure.

Step 5: If filter is old or not flushed since installation, replace water filter and flush the water line.
- 6
Step 6: If valve resistance is out of spec, replace the water valve.
